I’ve pulled together a few internet resources I recommend for helping you with your relationship with food, with yourself, and with your mental health. It’s a work in progress at the moment, I’ll be building it out more in the coming weeks!
They’re all things that I personally think and have found are helpful. I don’t necessarily endorse or believe every single thing some of these people mention (possibly bar Rhiannon Lambert and Stephen Fry!), especially when we get to the books section – but I don’t think you always have to subscribe to EVERYTHING, you just need to find what works for you.
