About me and my style of coaching

I know self-help and coaching and other people out there can be a bit scary and woo-woo, so I wanted to create a safe space for women to meet their goals and reach their full potential in whatever style they feel comfortable with.

The courses I’ve studied mean I’ve focused on fitness and nutrition as a health and wellness coach, and mindfulness as a life coach, but I incorporate a range of self-development techniques to help you get what you want that are tailored JUST FOR YOU, as I don’t believe there is a one-size-fits-all!

My full certifications are listed here, but in short I’m a qualified fitness instructor, health & wellness coach, mindfulness & life coach practitioner… plus almost a qualified lawyer (7 months away!), nutritional therapy student, I’ve done an Ayurvedic self care course, I’m a career changer, ex-marketing and events woman and writer and content creator!

I’ve recovered from eating disorders and used fitness, nutrition and wellness as well as mindset and meditation practices to not only feel good, cure my anxiety and manage my depression.

I’ve changed careers from marketing to corporate law, but also taught fitness and created this amazing community where we can all work towards our best selves.

Whatever rut you feel stuck in, I’ve been through the same thing, and I want to work with you to help you come out the other side freaking badass, boss-ass and STRONG, living the life YOU want.
